Incoming webhooks integration

Every webhook automation gets a secret URL. POST JSON to it from any system — form builders, helpdesks, Make, n8n, Zapier — map fields into the agent’s inputs, and deliver the result wherever you like. Add ?wait=true to receive the output in the response.

How to connect

1. Create an automation with the “Incoming webhook” trigger.
2. Copy its secret URL.
3. Map payload fields with templates like {{payload.message}}.
