Deliver agent results to Microsoft Teams channels using a Teams Workflows webhook (“Post to a channel when a webhook request is received”).

How to connect

1. In Teams, open the channel → ••• → Workflows.
2. Choose “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received” and finish the wizard.
3. Copy the generated URL and paste it here.
